Golden milk

Turmeric should be a part of your every day if you experience inflammation.

Try this mix up for a warm, anti-inflammatory after dinner treat.

1/2 c full fat coconut milk

1/2 c flax milk

1 tbsp turmeric powder

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp coconut palm sugar

Warm your milks first, then add spices and blend. Try mixing up the spices to get the perfect taste for you!

 

Lunch

mixed Berries

Mixed berries are a daily must for reducing inflammation.

Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries.

Grab some handfuls and add them to smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt or granola. Or eat them plain. However you enjoy them, make sure you enjoy them daily!

 

Dinner

Salmon and Asparagus

Preheat pan with avocado oil to cover the bottom. In a small bowl, mix a little avo oil with some lemon juice, garlic, fresh chopped parsley and coco aminos. Toss asparagus and coat salmon in mixture. Sprinkle salmon with everything bagel seasoning. Fry in preheated pan until cooked thoroughly. Place asparagus on parchment lined baking pan and bake on 375 for 8-10 minutes until tender.

Make this a one pan dish by adding the salmon to parchment and skipping the pan fry. Bake until salmon is cooked through.
