Hi, I’m heather.

I am a wife and mom of 3. I attended Auburn University and the University of South Alabama before starting a career as a Pharmacy Analyst. I worked many years in hospital Pharmacies and as a Corporate Analyst for hospital corporations. I witnessed first hand the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, living and advocating it daily. When my husband (Mr. ComplEATly Well 😜) and I started to grow our family I figured out, through my own health concerns, that much of what I learned about health was misguided. Through these hard times I realized I could make drastic changes to my health outside of pharmaceuticals and office visits. I quickly found myself back in school, learning Functional and Integrative Nutrition. Now I’m here to help you learn!

I am AADP Board Certified in Functional and Integrative Nutrition and Women's Health. Other specialty certifications include: Level 2 Precision Nutrition Master Class, Women’s Hormone Health, Emotional Eating Psychology, Intuitive Eating, and Children’s Nutrition.

I want you to feel your best, reverse disease; and live a thriving, pharmacy-free life!

Let’s get, out of the pharmacy and into the kitchen® together!
